We are the owners of Robin's Nest at the Shelborne. I, Robin, reside in New York City and am a professional musician and singer-songwriter, with several recordings out.  My partner Carrie, lives in Hollywood, FL and is a real estate appraiser and a real estate agent.

We are owners in a up-and-coming form of real estate: the condo-resort hotel. It is NOT a timeshare, but an efficiency which we own 100% of the year and rent out when we are not using it.  We have owned Robin's Nest since late 2004.
